Refund Policy

At ThryvSoul, we’re committed to providing meaningful support and resources. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how our refund policy works, including timeframes and deductions:

Digital Products

Includes ebooks, downloads, digital toolkits, online challenges, and pre-recorded courses.

Non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

This includes cases where the download link or access has been sent—even if unopened.

Please ensure your device is compatible and that you’re committed before purchase.

🎓 Masterclasses & Group Challenges

Includes live online workshops and structured group programs.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start time are eligible for a partial refund, minus a 10% processing fee (to cover transaction and admin costs).

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time.

If you miss a live session, no refund will be provided. However, replay access may be available to registrants depending on the event.

💬 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

Includes personal mentoring or consultations with Dr. Kate or a ThryvSoul coach.

Refunds or rescheduling allowed only if cancelled at least 24 hours before your session.

For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, the session is considered used and non-refundable.

Approved refunds are issued minus a 10% transaction fee.

📦 Physical Products (Books, Journals, Wellness Tools)

You may return eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.

A refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the item.

Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

A 10% restocking/processing fee is deducted from all physical product refunds.

📬 How to Request a Refund

To begin a refund or cancellation request:

Include your full name, order number, and reason for the refund.

Please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing once your request is approved.

⚠️ Additional Notes

All refunds are returned to the original payment method.

ThryvSoul reserves the right to refuse refund requests if abuse is suspected.

Any discounts, coupons, or special offers used during purchase are not reimbursed or transferable.
