ThryvSoul is a digital wellness platform offering women support through life transitions—particularly menopause—through coaching, content, masterclasses, community programs, and wellness resources.

• Community membership via “The Lumena Circle”

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our services. By using our website, you confirm that:

You are legally able to enter into binding contracts;

The information you provide is accurate and up to date;

You will not use the site for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

3. Medical Disclaimer

All content and coaching offered by ThryvSoul is for informational and wellness-support purposes only.

Our programs do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult your physician or healthcare provider before starting any wellness or lifestyle changes, especially if you are under medical supervision or taking medication.

Use of our platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. Kate B M or any ThryvSoul coach.

4. Purchases & Payments

When purchasing a product or booking a session:

Prices are listed in your local currency or GBP/EUR depending on location.

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

We accept major payment methods via secure processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information.

Subscription Services:

Recurring subscriptions (e.g., Lumena Circle) are billed monthly or annually as chosen at checkout. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
5. Refunds & Cancellations

In summary:

Digital content is non-refundable once accessed.

Coaching and live sessions must be cancelled within 24 hours for refund eligibility.

Memberships may be cancelled at any time but are not refunded mid-term.

Physical products may be returned within 14 days if unused.

All refunds are subject to a 10% deduction for transaction and administration fees.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account on ThryvSoul:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse platform access.

7. Use of Materials and Content

All website content, courses, videos, articles, and downloads are the intellectual property of ThryvSoul Ltd and protected by copyright.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching, content, or tools.
